CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking an LPN to join our on-site team in Lyons, NY. You will manage medication passes and treatments, with an RN supervising on every shift, in a High Performing facility.

You decide your schedule, earn $38–$42 per hour with weekly pay, and may receive up to $1,500 annually in tuition assistance toward your RN. Real-time scheduling through our BRIDGE app supports work-life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted New York State LPN license.
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
• BLS (CPR) certification.
• One year of LPN experience.
• Ability to pass New York DOH background check and drug screen.
• Immunizations current for nursing home personnel.

Aufgaben

• Run the medication pass and deliver treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Observe, document and report changes in resident condition to the charge RN.
• Support and direct the CNAs on your unit within New York scope of practice.
• Keep shift documentation current in the facility's system.
• Follow the facility's infection control, safety and sign-in practice.
