Job summary

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is seeking LPNs for an on-site role at a Lyons, NY facility. You will run medication passes, administer treatments, and work with an RN on every shift. Flexible scheduling allows you to choose shifts, including long or short hours, with weekly pay.

Earn $38.00 to $42.00 per hour, with top rates for nights/weekends, and access tuition assistance up to $1,500 annually. New York license renewal and CPR are reimbursed, and shifts are paid promptly.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State LPN license.
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program with BLS (CPR).
• At least 1 year of LPN experience.
• Ability to complete NY DOH Criminal History Record Check and a drug screen; up-to-date immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Run medication passes and administer treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Observe, document and report changes in resident condition to the charge RN.
• Support and direct CNAs on the unit within New York scope of practice.
• Keep shift documentation current in the facility's system.
• Follow the facility's infection control, safety and sign-in practice.
