Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an on-site role at a Wayne County facility in Lyons, NY. You will perform med passes, administer treatments, and supervise CNAs on your unit, with an RN on every shift and a supportive leadership team.

The position offers a W-2 hourly/per diem arrangement, weekly pay, and a schedule you choose, including eight-hour shifts and longer twelve-hour shifts when available.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York State LPN license.
• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program and current BLS/CPR.
• One year of recent LPN experience.
• Ability to pass NY Health Criminal History Record Check and drug screen; immunizations required.

Responsibilities

• Run the medication pass and deliver treatments per orders.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition.
• Support and direct CNAs on your unit within New York scope of practice.
• Keep shift documentation current in the facility's system.
• Follow infection control, safety and sign-in practices.
