Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC, doing business as CLFC Healthcare and Communications, seeks an LPN for a county skilled nursing facility in Lyons, NY. You will run medication passes, administer treatments, and work under an RN on every shift.

We offer a flexible schedule with shifts you choose, hourly pay between $38 and $42, weekly pay, and benefits including tuition assistance up to $1,500/year toward your RN, license renewal reimbursement, and a $500 referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted New York LPN license.
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.
• One year of recent LPN experience.
• Able to complete NY DOH CHRC and drug screen; up-to-date immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Run the medication pass and deliver treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Observe, document and report changes in resident condition to the charge RN.
• Support and direct the CNAs on your unit within New York scope of practice.
• Keep shift documentation current in the facility's system.
• Follow the facility's infection control, safety and sign-in practice.
