Job summary

Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the product, process, and people required to execute a shift in our restaurant. You will assign tasks, respond to guest concerns, and drive performance while training and coaching your team to meet standards.

Responsibilities include setting shift goals, maintaining operations, and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and proper adherence to policies. Flexible scheduling is available with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass a background check.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and teamwork.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift product, process, and people to execute a shift.
• Set shift goals and ensure benchmarks are met.
• Coach and develop team members and report performance concerns to the GM.
• Prioritize guest experience and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
