Job summary

The Greenbrier Hotel in White Sulphur Springs, WV is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Purchasing & Logistics. You will count inventory, post orders, receive trucks, and rotate stock while serving internal and external customers. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Warehouse inventory, retail or food related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Good telephone etiquette and good writing skills.
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers efficiently and respectfully.
• Aptitude for math, number/detail oriented.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with keyboard and typing.
• Must be able to work independently. Some supervision provided.

Responsibilities

• Count inventory, fill orders, post orders to computer system, receive trucks, unload, and place into stock using stock rotation procedures, work well with internal and external customers.
• Keep work area neat, clean and safe at all times.
• Communicate what product that may need to be ordered.
