Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care is hiring HHAs and CNAs to provide compassionate in-home support to seniors and adults across multiple counties. You will work in client homes, delivering essential ADLs, companionship, mobility assistance, and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Level 2 background check, or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow care plans and report changes to the team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
