Job summary

Family Pillars Home Care is seeking dedicated HHAs and CNAs to join our growing team. We provide compassionate, reliable care to seniors and adults, with assignments across multiple counties in Florida.

The roles involve in-field work at client homes, offering ADL support, companionship, and light housekeeping. Flexible scheduling and steady hours are part of the package as we expand services.

Qualifications

• Certificate or CNA License is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Level 2 Background Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and professionally

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs and provide companionship and emotional support.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow the care plan and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
