Job summary

Family Pillars Homecare, LLC in Jensen Beach, FL is hiring HHAs and CNAs to provide compassionate at-home care to seniors and adults. You will assist with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and companionship, following individualized care plans with safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• HHA certificate or CNA certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Physical health form within the last 6 months.
• Negative TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold TB test result.
• CEU - HIV/AIDS Certificate
• CEU - Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Certificate
• Level 2 Background Check or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide care for a fall-risk patient with safety as a priority.
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Follow the patient’s individualized care plan and maintain privacy and dignity.
