Job summary

Daytona Speedway Autograph is seeking a friendly server to take orders, serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and deliver food to guest tables in accordance with hotel specifications.

The role requires at least one year of guest-facing experience, ability to communicate with guests and staff, and completion of ServSafe or food safety training; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service and communication skills.
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe or equivalent food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (TIPS) required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve to guest tables.
• Collect payments and assist in maintaining the restaurant area.
• Ensure compliance with daily operational procedures by Food & Beverage team.
