• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve guest tables according to hotel specifications, courteously and efficiently.
• Retrieve and deliver orders; collect payments.
• Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
• Maintain food and beverage safety and quality per hotel and franchise specs.
• Communicate with General Manager, department managers, supervisors and staff.
