• Alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and serve to guest tables according to hotel specifications.
• Retrieve and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and food orders.
• Collect payments.
• Assist in maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment.
