Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring for a Call Center Intake Associate in Austin, TX. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, assist with payments by phone, and ensure accurate data entry while maintaining confidentiality and following procedures.

The role offers a flexible schedule between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, with an additional weekend day option. Prior call center experience and basic computer skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• High-volume phone calls experience is a plus
• Basic computer and data entry experience required
• Experience working with Microsoft Office products preferred

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Assist customers with making payments over the phone
• Enter payment and account information accurately
• Verify account details to ensure proper payment processing
• Follow company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Complete additional tasks as assigned
