Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve clients across industries. The role uses our exclusive shift-pickup platform to view and claim available shifts, enabling a flexible schedule and valuable site experience.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, access control, and assisting people on site. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of experience, background check, and valid driver’s license; multilingual abilities are

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• No prior experience required.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).
• Valid driver’s license if driving company or client vehicle.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local law.
• Able to operate radio/console monitors and communicate effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adaptable, reliable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for unusual conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or summon authorities when needed.
• Control access and monitor entrances/exits.
• Prepare clear incident and accident reports.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
