Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Branch Flex Officer to support multiple client sites across various industries. You will use our shift-pickup platform to claim shifts that fit your availability, building hands-on site experience and career growth while maintaining high security standards.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• No prior experience required.
• Be at least 18 years old (21 if armed).
• Must be reliable and adaptable to different post assignments.
• Ability to operate radios/console monitors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular conditions and safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department when needed.
• Warn violators and enforce post orders.
• Permit entry to authorized persons and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe and deter theft; ensure proper property removal per client requirements.
• Investigate incidents and maintain written logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
