Allied Universal is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve diverse clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more. You’ll use a shift-pickup platform to select open shifts based on availability, building a varied site experience with irregular hours and responsive coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen required by policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed).

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in a vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons.
• Warn violators of rule infractions and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to prevent theft and ensure proper removal of property.
• Investigate incidents; prepare reports and maintain logs as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
