Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to serve and safeguard clients across Healthcare, Education, Finance and more. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle.
• Background check required.
• Drug screen required.
• Must be 18+, 21 if armed where required.
• Reliability and adaptability to different post assignments.
• Able to operate radio/telephone equipment and/or console monitors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions creating security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department as needed.
• Warn violators of infractions (loitering, smoking, forbidden articles).
• Permit entry and monitor entrances and exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect property; ensure authorized removals.
• Investigate incidents and prepare reports; maintain logs.
• Aid customers, employees, and visitors courteously.
• Make emergency notifications as required by site orders.
