Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Professional Flex Officer to provide protection across multiple sites, using a shift-pickup platform to build a schedule around availability. The role offers hands-on site experience and growth opportunities with flexibility in shifts.

Pay starts at $19.50 per hour and is paid weekly. Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, and assisting customers and staff while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age (21 if armed) and able to operate radio/console equipment.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel enter.
• Investigate and report accidents, incidents, or suspicious activities.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors professionally.
