You may work irregular shifts with little notice, contributing to security and customer service across healthcare, education, and finance sites. Key qualities include reliability, adaptability, and clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Valid driver’s license may be required to operate company or client vehicles.
• Excellent communication and public interaction skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Monitor for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or hazards.
• Sound alarms or contact police/fire department in case of emergencies.
• Warn violators of rules and ensure compliance with client policies.
• Control access to property by monitoring entrances and exits.
• Document incidents and prepare written reports as required.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
• Maintain logs and reports for post assignments.
