The role involves patrols, reporting, and ensuring safety, with the potential for irregular hours. This position supports growth within a dynamic, collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Licensing requirements depend on state laws and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns.
• Sound alarms or call police or fire department if needed.
• Warn violators of infractions such as loitering or forbidden articles.
• Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances/exits.
• Observe departing personnel to protect company property and ensure proper removal.
• Investigate incidents and prepare written reports; maintain logs.
• Assist customers, employees, and visitors courteously and professionally.
• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site orders.
