Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services across Alabama partner facilities. You will screen patients, design and implement treatment plans, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs to support patient progress.

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, document care accurately, and advance clinical leadership through ongoing education and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong communication in English with patients and team.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality therapy and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Discharge planning and case management to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing physical therapy.
• Maintain professional conduct and documentation accuracy.
• Build and grow a robust physical therapy program.
