Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will screen patients, develop treatment plans, discharge planning, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure compliant, evidence-based care for diverse patient populations.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, maintain licensure, and stay current with state and federal regulations while delivering care that maximizes patient function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Proficient communication in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to PTAs and Rehab Techs.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain licensure and stay informed on state and federal regulations.
• Deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and outcomes.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols.
