Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dedicated CNA/Direct Care Giver in Waldorf, MD to assist residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and support meaningful engagement. The role requires compassionate care, attention to safety, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities include documenting resident status, reporting changes, assisting with move-in transitions, and participating in activity planning.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Effective verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team.
• Ability to work with all levels of personnel and be a contributing team member.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and provide documentation as required.
• Assist with meal and activity supervision and transportation to dining/activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct on shift.
