Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located and in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Effective verbal and written communication is required.
• Able to work with diverse colleagues and residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and care concerns to supervisors and document appropriately.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain clean resident areas.
• Respond to calls and emergencies promptly.
• Assist with move-in transitions and activity planning.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and document changes in daily logs.
