Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the state of employment.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Polite and considerate of residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, lift 50 lbs, push or carry 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Provide care and documentation in the Daily Log and clinical records.
• Report incidents and changes to nursing staff and family as directed.
• Assist with meals, activities, and move-in transitions.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
