Job summary

Join Lowe's as a Customer Service Associate and help customers find the right products for home improvement while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. You will welcome shoppers, answer questions, and guide them through checkout and merchandise selection.

You'll work in departments such as Appliances, Hardware, or Tools, with opportunities to learn, be cross-trained, and grow within a supportive retail environment. This is a part-time role with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with computers for basic tasks.
• Experience with retail technology (phones, tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform duties.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with help.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly service.
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise.
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas.
• Prepare department merchandise (paint tinting, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
