Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years retail management experience.
• Pharmacy technician license or RPh credentials as required by state laws (12 months to obtain).
• Willingness to work extended days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage store and pharmacy operations including scheduling staff and delegating tasks.
• Monitor customer service, provide training, and develop action plans for improvement.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory control, pricing, stocking, and replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policies and safety standards; maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with district management to drive sales, performance, and service.
