Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store and pharmacy operations including scheduling and task delegation.
• Analyzes financial data to increase sales and control costs; reviews KPIs with management.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, receiving, pricing and stock levels; ensures compliance with policies and laws.
• Promotes teamwork, provides coaching, and handles hiring, promotions and performance management.
