Job summary

Costello’s Ace Hardware is seeking a dependable Key Holder for our retail team in the United States. The role focuses on opening/closing the store, assisting customers, ensuring a neat and organized environment, and maintaining security protocols.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, training on inventory procedures, operating registers, deposits, and loss prevention. A bilingual candidate is preferred, with prior retail leadership experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Retail Sales experience 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail Math experience 1 year (Preferred)
• Leadership experience 1 year (Preferred)
• Bi-lingual (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store
• Assist customers and keep the store organized and clean
• Train and coach staff on inventory management and plan‑ograms
• Manage registers, count money, and make deposits
• Protect assets by following loss prevention procedures
• Maintain positive relationships with management and staff
• Monitor inventory receiving and ensure accurate stock levels
• Participate in daily huddles and communicate store updates
