Job summary

Aegis Therapies is seeking a Wellness Instructor in Restorative Care (CNA) to join the Rehab Therapy Team in Parsons. This PRN role offers flexible hours and on-site work in a rehabilitation center setting, focusing on wellness and restorative programs for senior patients.

You will receive full restorative training on site, work exclusively with therapy staff, and perform exclusive restorative tasks, such as ambulation, bed mobility, and ROM, while supporting overall patient well-being.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required.
• Background in exercise and activity training with seniors.
• Specialty trainer/fitness certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs with the rehab therapy team.
• Receive restorative training on site; assist in restorative care.
• Support restorative tasks such as ambulation, transfer training, ROM, and daily living activities.
