Aegis Therapies in Lexington, KY is hiring a Restorative CNA - Wellness Instructor to join the Rehab Therapy Team. This full-time role (day shift, up to 40 hours) focuses on delivering wellness, fitness, and exercise programs to residents in a skilled nursing setting.

The position requires CNA certification, offers onsite restorative training, and provides growth opportunities within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment dedicated to patient-centered care for seniors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Current CNA certification in state of practice is required.
• Preferred: specialty certification as personal trainer or fitness instructor.
• Experience with senior populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness, fitness, and exercise programs with the rehab therapy team.
• Receive full restorative training onsite; no prior restorative experience required.
• Assist in restorative care of patients as directed.
• Handle exclusive restorative tasks such as ambulation, transfer training, bed mobility, ROM, dressing/grooming, prosthesis care.
