RSM US LLP is seeking a Resource Management Senior Associate in the Indianapolis area to oversee resource utilization, align staffing with strategic plans, and support service line objectives. You will collaborate with leaders to balance workloads, forecast demand, and ensure staff development across the organization.

In this role you will generate utilization reports, monitor schedules, and drive process improvements.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of resource management experience.
Proven ability to manage staffing and scheduling in a professional services context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

Assists the resource manager and LOB or Service Line/Solution set leaders in implementing scheduling processes and engagement management; collaborate with leaders to understand business needs and drive consistency.
Generates scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports; analyzes data to aid staffing decisions and balance workloads.
Monitors schedules to ensure staff are effectively utilized to support financial plans; aligns resources based on experience, geography and priorities.
Implements firm-wide programs (rotations, global assignments) as needed.
Facilitates scheduling meetings, asks clarifying questions, offers solutions and ensures follow‑ups are completed.
Administers scheduling systems and orientation programs for new hires.
Proofs, edits and checks work for completeness and accuracy.
