Job summary

RSM is seeking a Resource Management Senior Associate in Tampa to oversee resource utilization and alignment with strategic plans. You will support scheduling, engagement management and staff development across service lines, driving capacity and performance.

You will generate analyses, collaborate with leaders, and ensure timely communication on resource needs and conflicts to enable effective deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years as a resource management professional in a professional services firm is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, required.
• Experience with resource scheduling/workforce allocation tools (Dayshape preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse audiences at all levels.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing scheduling processes and engagement management.
• Generate scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports for leadership decisions.
• Monitor schedules and adjust resources to align with financial plans and geography.
