Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• 3-5 years experience in resource management in a professional services firm.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically with Excel.
• Experience with resource scheduling or workforce allocation tool (Dayshape preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Effective organization and time management; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to drive change with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Assists the resource manager and leaders in scheduling processes and engagement management.
• Generates scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports and analyzes data for staffing decisions.
• Monitor schedules to ensure staff are effectively utilized to meet financial plans.
• Implement firm-wide programs and facilitate scheduling meetings.
• Administers scheduling systems and onboarding for new hires.
• Proofs, edits and checks work for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with internal clients to align resources with business needs.
• Provide input to talent development and participate in related meetings.
• Stay up to date on scheduling technology and best practices.
