Job summary

Carry On Therapy seeks Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and assist families in tracking progress.

Flexible scheduling and options for full-time or part-time work, with pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour based on experience. PTO, bonus opportunities, and growth potential are available.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required at time of application.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment.
