Acclimate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will implement BCBA-designed plans and collect data to monitor progress, while maintaining detailed session notes.

Collaboration with supervisors, peers, and caregivers is essential. Flexible scheduling accommodates part-time options, with a supportive team culture and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Commitment to compassionate, professional client support.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during sessions to track progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes documenting outcomes and improvements.
