Job summary

Generac Channel Partner in Bremerton, WA is seeking a punctual, dependable customer service focused individual. You will manage incoming calls, schedule service work, and handle email communications to provide an excellent first impression and smooth scheduling.

You will use CRM and internal software, coordinate with technicians, and uphold company values. A high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service are required; power generation knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a related role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or with a team.
Willingness to learn new software and processes.
