Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will treat clients in real-life environments, from kitchens to grocery stores and workplaces, requiring independent judgment and teamwork with other therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted PT license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess progress and participate in staffing and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
