Underwriter Services Association Inc. seeks experienced Commercial & Personal Lines loss control inspectors to join as approved vendors. You will perform interior and/or exterior inspections, produce detailed reports, and upload them via a cloud-based system.

No licensing is required, and appointments are arranged by mutual consent. You will work independently and be paid per inspection with weekly settlements after order completion. A reliable vehicle and equipment are required.

Competenze

Preferably 1 year experience in interior/exterior residential loss control surveys and 3–5 years in Commercial Loss Control
Ability to meet hard due dates with minimal supervision
Must have a computer with Windows 10 and high-speed internet
Be detail oriented and well organized with flexible schedule
Must have reliable car and cover wide territory as needed
Must have a camera, high-speed internet and be proficient with Microsoft products
Must have a measuring tool for physical measurements at sites

Mansioni

Set site inspection appointments with insured/agent via email and/or phone
Complete physical inspections of properties as required by the carrier
Take clear digital photos of properties
Identify and document hazards/controls at the property
Complete on-site management interviews about the property
Upload reports and photos through a cloud-based system by the deadline
Familiarize with client guidelines and communicate with Preferred Reports and insureds
