Job summary

Peckham, Inc. seeks a Logistics Customer Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison for Great Lakes, DSCP, and Goodwill, ensuring seamless inventory management and comprehensive customer support.

You will monitor stock levels, resolve supply chain issues, and coordinate with RTC and DLA to post receipts, reconcile line items, and maintain strong relationships while upholding federal standards. Flex scheduling and occasional weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics or related field; combination of experience and education accepted.
• 3+ years in supply chain, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
• 1-2 years managing customer relationships.
• Familiarity with WMS systems and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; CAC and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for Great Lakes, Goodwill, DSCP, and Peckham regarding inventory and supply chain needs.
• Track inventory levels across RTC and Great Lakes assets with visibility into DLA property.
• Identify supply chain shortfalls by NSN, including SOH and receipts analysis.
• Review daily Great Lakes reports to identify in-stock or incoming products.
• Collaborate with RTC managers to report supply shortfalls to Peckham and DLA.
• Prioritize and accelerate shipments for out-of-stock inventory with SSS and Peckham staff.
• Coordinate with RTC to post receipts timely and maintain records.
