Job summary

UEW Health is seeking a Home Health Aide to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in Ohio. You’ll set your own schedule while delivering routine in-home healthcare services to clients, with flexible hours to fit your life and theirs.

You will follow care plans, assist with personal hygiene and meals, help with mobility, perform light housekeeping, and monitor and report changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
• Compassionate and professional demeanor, with safe working knowledge of client-based equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help with mobility and perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
