Job summary

UEW Health is seeking a Home Health Aide as a 1099 Independent Contractor to deliver in-home care with a flexible schedule. You will follow care plans, assist with daily activities, and monitor client conditions while coordinating with the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-mandated training hours completed, if applicable.
• Basic computer literacy for charting.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

• Must pass a criminal background check and health status verification.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
