Job summary

UEW Health is seeking a Home Health Aide 1099 Independent Contractor to join our compassionate team in Kentucky. You will provide routine healthcare services in clients' homes, following care plans and maintaining client comfort and safety.

The role offers flexible scheduling and the freedom to design a work week that fits both your needs and client requirements. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, meals, mobility, and light housekeeping, while reporting changes to the RN

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of state-mandated training hours, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based applications for charting.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help with mobility and transfers.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
