Job summary

United Energy Workers Healthcare is seeking a Home Health Aide as a 1099 Independent Contractor to provide routine healthcare services in clients' homes near Chillicothe, Ohio. You’ll set your own schedule and work directly with clients and RN support.

Responsibilities include following care plans, assisting with hygiene and meals, mobility help, and light housekeeping, with reporting of changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State-mandated training hours completed, if applicable.
• Basic knowledge of computer and internet-based charting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Compassionate, professional demeanor with safe equipment handling.
• Must pass a criminal background check and provide health status evidence.

Responsibilities

• Follow care plans to provide safe and competent care.
• Assist with personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Help with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Perform routine housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor and report changes to the RN Case Manager and HHA Coordinator.
