Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide patient-centered physical therapy to adult and geriatric populations. You will work under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, safety, and independence in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to provide patient-centered therapy.
• Experience working in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living settings preferred.
• Competence in documenting patient progress and treatment plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a PT to improve mobility, strength, balance and independence.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery and safety.
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to enhance movement and quality of life for adults and older adults.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adjust plans based on rehab needs.
