Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible PTA in the practicing state
• Graduate from an accredited PTA program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement and quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
