DoorDash is hiring a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate for DashMart. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized while staying connected with site leadership. Training includes onboarding and a 4-hour on-the-job shift within 14 days.

Reliable, detail-oriented candidates with grocery/warehouse experience and a high school diploma are encouraged to apply. Shifts may be open weekly with occasional last-minute changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management, stocking receivables.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved by the customer.
