DashMart is a local-fulfillment center operated by DoorDash. As a Variable Schedule Operations Associate, you will pick up shifts through our scheduling app, with at least one shift every two weeks and a minimum of four hours per shift.

You will also onboard and train before starting to pick up shifts, with shifts posted regularly to meet business needs. Responsibilities include picking and packing orders, managing inventory and spoilage, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated environments as needed.

Responsabilités

• Picking and Packing orders. Pick orders that come through the app, pack the order and hand it off to Dashers.
• Inventory and Spoilage Management. Stock receivables and manage inventory, including shelf life.
• Warehouse Organization. Clean and organize the warehouse.
• Delight Customers. Ensuring substitutions are approved by the customer.
