Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Michigan is seeking a Cookie Crew Member to be the friendly face at the bakery and to bake our warm cookies for in-store, pickup, and delivery orders. You will personally welcome guests, assist with orders, and ensure high quality standards while working on a fast-paced team after hours.

You’ll be a part of a team that emphasizes hospitality, precise preparation, and efficient service, with opportunities for growth as you master the bakery operations and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
• Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
• Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
• Operate the register and process guest transactions.
• Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
• Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that’s restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
• Deliver the kind of experience that turns first-time guests into lifelong Insomniacs.
