Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a friendly Cookie Crew Member to join our fast-paced bakery team in Illinois. You will warmly welcome guests, bake and package cookies, and accurately fulfill in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.

You will operate the register, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and support the team during busy shifts. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth while delivering a sweet guest experience.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to obtain any required food safety certifications applicable to the location.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
Prepare, bake, and package our warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
Operate the register and process guest transactions.
Keep the bakery clean, stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
Jump in wherever your team needs you, whether that's restocking supplies, helping a teammate, or keeping the line moving.
Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, partnering with your Shift Leader when needed.
